Shipping Policy (Bridal Gowns – Final Sale / Non-Refundable)

All wedding dresses and bridal gowns are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the nature of sample and off-the-rack bridal inventory, all purchases are considered permanent once payment is completed.

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Because many gowns are purchased in-store and taken home the same day, shipping may not apply to all purchases. If shipping is required, timelines will be provided at checkout or at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping method will depend on the size, value, and destination of the gown.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided at the time of purchase for in-store orders requiring delivery.

Insurance & Signature Confirmation

All shipped bridal gowns include insurance and signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all bridal gowns are final sale, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once payment has been processed.

Final Sale Policy

All bridal gowns, sample dresses, and special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
